Part Time Accounting Clerk
Position Overview:
The Accounting Clerk works directly with the Accounting Manager and supports accounting operations by filing documents; reconciling statements; running software programs and other duties as assigned.
Position Responsibilities:
· Matches invoices to receivers, enters invoices in accounting system and sends invoices for approval.
· Prepares checks for vendors.
· Maintains data file of new employees and employee terminations.
· Responsible for tracking the employee time keeping system for payroll purposes.
· Prepares weekly payroll reports and verifies sick and vacation time.
· Maintains accounting records by making copies and filing documents.
· Prepares bank deposits.
· Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer and processing backups.
· Runs weekly accounting reports.
· Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
· Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Position Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Organization, Financial Software, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, PC Proficiency, Typing, Productivity, Dependability and General Math Skills. Knowledge of Peachtree accounting software a plus.

SEO eCommerce Manager
Position Overview:
This position will drive sales by building the organic search capabilities of Netrada clients and be the expert on search engine optimization for the organization. The role will focus on improving natural search rankings for clients.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the SEO strategy and work plan design
- Develop the strategic roadmap to achieve SEO excellence.
- Aggressively drive growth of organic search campaigns through keyword research, link-building and content optimization/creation.
- Works with cross-functional teams to recommend site enhancements that maximize ROI and improve organic search engine rankings; including optimizing site architecture, code, internal linking, sub-domains, and cross-domain.
- Select the partners to strategize and ideate big idea opportunities for fast tracking the SEO requirements.
- Lead the implementation of SEO for Netrada clients
- Identify and drive new projects to expand search engine visibility.
- Develop and execute link building strategies (Internal and External)
- Develop and optimize video, mobile, user generated, and data driven content, as well as mobile apps.
- Ensure that SEO requirements are captured and met in future site development projects.
- Work closely with Google to drive performance
- Work with external experts to optimize the natural search position.
- Deeply understand the drivers of Google search rankings and performance patterns.
- Leverage the Google capabilities, including trend detection logic to be ahead of the consumer curve in natural search optimization.
- Be responsible for reviewing the data regularly and optimizing poor performing listings.Develop a deep SEO knowledge base
- Research and develop SEO best practices for emerging market opportunities to maximize traffic growth and identify robust keyword target lists.
- Keeps on top of industry trends and knows all the latest search engine news and helps to communicate this out
- Develop a list of external partners to collaborate with on highly complex SEO challenges.
- Works with the eCommerce team to develop reporting and competitor research.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 5+ years experience in eCommerce Marketing
- 3 years experience using 3rd party SEM/SEO tools and/or bid management/optimization platforms.
- Experience working with affiliate marketing programs helpful.
- Interactive marketing and online media industry experience working with or for Tier-1 search engine platforms and their technologies (Google, Yahoo!/Bing, Ask).

Job Overview
Seeking a Trade Compliance Manager with at least five years of trade compliance experience in U.S. Export/Import regulatory requirements. This position serves as a business area representative and will take a leadership role to strategically plan, implement, and maintain U.S. export resource requirements and related program needs. Candidate will interface with both U.S. and foreign regulatory authorities, customers, carriers, and other related vendors to resolve issues and ensure compliance. This position is responsible for monitoring and tracking regulatory changes around the world and ensuring the proper systems, programs and processes are in place to maintain ongoing compliance in a primarily business to consumer high transaction-based environment.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for managing, implementing and auditing global trade compliance processes to ensure compliance with all international regulations governing export/import activities. Provide daily input to operational and customer service issues related to trade compliance. Develop related performance management reporting.
Essential Duties
- Provide leadership for the day-to-day trade compliance policies, systems and processes to obtain maximum effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems to solve operational or customer issues.
- Collaborate with global distribution and logistics staff and organizational leadership to set strategic direction for trade compliance to ensure activities are completed and maintained as planned.
- Develop and deliver training, educational material, and trade content to educate employees, support marketing efforts and customer needs.
- Provide international trade related analytical reporting and research as required.
- Develop standard export/import work procedures for logistics functions and software applications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements

- 5+ years trade compliance experience.

- Working knowledge and experience with CBP, foreign trade requirements, and related systems.

- Import broker License desired, but not required.
