Established in January, 2001, Fulfillment Technologies, LLC. (FillTek), operates a fully integrated customer contact and fulfillment center located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our targeted customer is a mixture of Catalog Retailer, Web-Retailer, Wholesaler, Manufacturer or a combination of any or all these categories.

The objective of FillTek is to satisfy our clients with an outstanding value proposition by providing their customers with world class service. The value proposition is designed to maintain a healthy balance between big company tools and infrastructure and “small-company” customer service.
We have combined a wealth of direct to consumer industry knowledge with best in class direct marketing oriented systems and a strong, experienced management team. As retail and information systems technology is constantly changing—there is always a better way—we are continuously seeking improvements from our systems partners, ourselves and our customers

From back to front beginning with the look and feel of the delivery to the consumer. Each element of the initial personalized response to web or phone requests was addressed in design. Working backward through the delivery partners and the facility location situated in the heart to the direct to consumer delivery matrix, the material handling systems, the CRM systems and each process was step wise designed to meet the demands of the new economy, the new channel and most importantly, the new consumer.
