comprised of a 304,000 square foot warehouse today, with plans to
expand the current facility by an additional 226,000 square feet

The facility is a Class-A tilt-up concrete construction, consisting
of a total of 304,000 square feet. Approximately 30,000 sq. ft is
office space (includes the 100 seat FillTek Call Center), and an additional 40,000 sq. ft. mezzanine for product storage,
processing, and/or assembly.
 The building includes 34 dock doors (2 at grade) and dock levelers/locks
as appropriate at each dock. Ceiling clear height of 28 feet, which
provides for exceptional cube utilization.
Early suppression/fast Response (ESFR) sprinklers throughout, provide
exceptional product protection, while facilitating flexibility for
material handling/storage equipment (not hampered by in-rack sprinkling
systems). 24 x 7 monitoring by insurance industry approved stations
(ADT) Access control and security is maintained via ADT monitored
systems.
